在面對(duì)中國(guó)市場(chǎng)的新興機(jī)遇時(shí)，上海發(fā)那科機(jī)器人尋找一個(gè)成熟的、高度模塊化和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的MES系統(tǒng)，作為其智能制造整體解決方案的一部分，而MPDV中國(guó)也希望能夠借助在本土市場(chǎng)極具知名度的合作伙伴來(lái)更快速擴(kuò)展中國(guó)業(yè)務(wù)。有鑒于此，雙方在2017年7月開始探索合作的可能性，為了給雙方共同客戶提供更專業(yè)、更完整的解決方案，幫助客戶在實(shí)現(xiàn)智能制造打下夯實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
Facing with these new challenges in Chinese market, Shanghai FANUC actively look for a mature, high standardized and modularized MES system, to be a part of its Smart Manufacturing Portfolio, while MPDV China is interested in getting a high-reputation partner to expand business in China as fast as possible. In view of this, both parties started to discuss about the cooperation in order to provide the best solution for common end customers, to help them build up the robust foundation for Smart Manufacturing.
2017年11月3日，MPDV全球董事長(zhǎng)Prof. Dr. Kletti與上海發(fā)那科機(jī)器人有限公司常務(wù)副總經(jīng)理Dr. Shen在上海發(fā)那科機(jī)器人有限公司會(huì)談，確認(rèn)未來(lái)的一系列合作方向，包括示范線建設(shè)、市場(chǎng)推廣、商務(wù)合作、技術(shù)支持和項(xiàng)目實(shí)施等。
On Nov. 3rd, 2017, Prof. Dr. Kletti, the president of MPDV Group, paid a visit to Shanghai FANUC, and had a warm meeting with Dr. Shen, the deputy GM of Shanghai FANUC and the Chief Engineer of FANUC Global. The result of the meeting is constructive, describing the bright future of partnership, including building up a Smart Manufacturing reference line at Shanghai FANUC, marketing promotion, commercial cooperation, technical support and project implementation as well.
雙方合作的開始是在上海發(fā)那科機(jī)器人有限公司建設(shè)一條控制柜柔性生產(chǎn)線，以示范發(fā)那科自動(dòng)化和MPDV MES高度整合的智能制造概念。生產(chǎn)線由激光切割機(jī)、螺柱焊接機(jī)、打磨機(jī)、點(diǎn)焊/弧焊機(jī)以及多臺(tái)機(jī)器人組成。所有生產(chǎn)設(shè)備和機(jī)器人均為發(fā)那科產(chǎn)品。生產(chǎn)線的生產(chǎn)指揮完全由MPDV的HYDRA MES系統(tǒng)接管，覆蓋從工單創(chuàng)建到最終成品產(chǎn)出整個(gè)制造增值過(guò)程。
The starting point is to immediately build up a cabinet production line with high flexibility to show the “Smart Concept” by highly integration of FANUC Automation and MPDV MES. This reference line consists of laser cutting, welding, polishing machines and some handling robots. All machines and robots are made by FANUC. The entire value-added production chain, from creation production order to finished goods, is manageable and controllable by Hydra MES from MPDV,
除了傳統(tǒng)MES的功能，如工單管理、生產(chǎn)調(diào)度、數(shù)據(jù)采集、生產(chǎn)控制、質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)、生產(chǎn)信息統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析，本次示范線將充分展現(xiàn)設(shè)備、機(jī)器人與MES系統(tǒng)的高度集成，實(shí)現(xiàn)最大生產(chǎn)增值。示范線特點(diǎn)：
Besides classical MES applications, like order management, production planning, data capturing, production control, quality inspection, production statics and analysis, the highlight of the reference line is to show how the full integration of machine, robot and MES system brings the best optimized added-value in production:
高度柔性化 / High Flexibility
1.多品種小批量柔性加工，將換線損失降到最小。
Flexibility supports to high-mixed production to reduce the change-over loss.
2.在MES中規(guī)劃工藝路線，實(shí)現(xiàn)在同一條生產(chǎn)線上生產(chǎn)不同尺寸的控制柜。
Production routes are planned in MES to realize that cabinets with various sizes can be produced in same line.
自動(dòng)化與信息化全集成 / Full integration of automatization and informatization
1.由MES根據(jù)工單信息向生產(chǎn)設(shè)備自動(dòng)下達(dá)NC程序。
NC program is automatically transferred to machine according to order by MES
2.FANUC設(shè)備和機(jī)器人與HYDRA MES無(wú)縫集成，向MES系統(tǒng)提供信號(hào)，自動(dòng)觸發(fā)生 產(chǎn)開始和產(chǎn)出報(bào)工。
FANUC machines and robots interact with HYDRA MES, automatically trigger production start and order confirmation by counting output.
3.根據(jù)前序設(shè)備完工信號(hào)和工藝路線，通過(guò)機(jī)器人控制工序之間的物料自動(dòng)流轉(zhuǎn) 。
Material flow between operations is controlled by MES according to machine signal and production route.
質(zhì)量全追溯 / Quality traceability
1.監(jiān)控過(guò)程工藝參數(shù)（焊接電流）
Monitoring process data (welding current).
2.單件追溯（質(zhì)量參數(shù)、批次號(hào)、工藝參數(shù)、生產(chǎn)信息）
Single piece traceability cross linking to inspection, material batch, process and production data.
智能化 / Smart
1.根據(jù)設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀況（產(chǎn)出數(shù)量、運(yùn)行時(shí)間）和能耗值自動(dòng)觸發(fā)保養(yǎng)任務(wù)
2.Maintenance tasks are automatically triggered against actual machine running status (cycle - , or running time – based).
3.根據(jù)質(zhì)檢結(jié)果自動(dòng)調(diào)整工藝參數(shù)
4.Process data are compensated according to inspection results.
5.根據(jù)生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度自動(dòng)觸發(fā)供應(yīng)商物料供應(yīng)
Raw material supply chain is optimized pulled according to real consumption in production
6.模擬排產(chǎn)，向前端銷售預(yù)測(cè)訂單交期和制造成本
Giving precise prediction of order delivery and manufacturing cost to front-end sales by simulation of capacity planning.
本次示范線成果將在12月8日上海發(fā)那科機(jī)器人有限公司成立二十周年的典禮上正式對(duì)外展出。屆時(shí)上海發(fā)那科將邀請(qǐng)800多位來(lái)自600多家制造企業(yè)的高端嘉賓共鑒智能制造的最佳實(shí)踐。MPDV中國(guó)與上海發(fā)那科機(jī)器人的本次合作是MPDV與FANUC全球戰(zhàn)略合作的第一步。
This reference line is a gift to the 20 – year anniversary of Shanghai FANUC. On the celebration day, more than 800 high-end visitors from around 600 leading customers will witness the best practice of Smart Manufacturing. The cooperation between MPDV China and Shanghai FANUC will light the future partnership between MPDV and FANUC on a global platform.
